Okay, so the second schedule sketch of the week! Not much to say except I have no idea what this guy's name is.
I do know he is the Deputy head of the Academy, and one touch, overworked man. He likes flower arranging and smacking people on the back of the head. He can also play the Dulcimer. His arsenal for controlling the students includes a vast array of temporal weapons that stun, stupufy or disable and can be used if a student experiment goes out of control.
The outfit is a cheep attempt at the classic 1970's Non-Regalia costume with a slight twist. Again, since I aparently can't put shading where it should be for a given light source I have not shaded. Once I improve I may make a better version of this guy.
Until then he needs a name! And no - you're not allowed to use names from the Harry Potter Franchise. I don't want to have to worry about trademark issues :P
